We are looking for a PIM administrator to join our Global Online Content Team to be responsible for maintaining and entering product data and product related information in our Product Information Management system (Stibo Step).

A vital part of this position will be to collaborate and work with business stakeholders within Thule Group, such as International Product Managers, In-house Marketing team, Global Online Content Team.

In your role as a PIM administrator your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing, updating and administrating the Product Information Management System
  • Managing translation workflows to that support our Online platform
  • Managing product media bank / library uploads
  • Support the Global Online Content team with various tasks

You have a couple of years of experience working with data administration, and that you have an understanding of database concepts (e.g. PIM) and Microsoft Office (Excel). You need to have a high level of accuracy and attention to details but at the same time be able to see the bigger picture. You find problem solving fun and have an analytical mindset. You should be well organized with time management and prioritization skills. A positive attitude is a given and no challenge is too difficult. You must be fluent in Swedish and English and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
