With sales in 140 countries via thousands of sales partners and with the general trend of an increasing share of sales happening in the online channel among our customers, E-commerce sales efforts will play a very important role in the success of Thule Group going forward.

We are now recruiting a UX & UI Designer to better optimize the user experience and interaction design in our Digital Channels with the purpose of driving conversion and increase direct online sales.

In your role as a UX & UI Designer you will:  

  • work closely with all part of the Digital team to present the most appealing, consumer friendly and conversion driven website where focus is on mobile use.
  • perform A/B testing and continuous UX analysis to increase sales and conversion;
  • Monitor and analyze consumer behavior and identify trends and features that could add value to the consumer experience
  • Create sketches, wireframes and mockups to communicate interaction and design ideas
  • Study user behavior and needs to optimize the user experience
  • Participate in digital channel projects

We trust you have a bachelor’s degree in either media, informatics, behavioral science, business administration or similar. We also believe you are competent and experienced in web development with a focus on user experience as well as the ability to transform something complex into something simple and clear. You need to have full proficiency in English, a Google Analytics certification, be familiar with wireframing tools, A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

You need to have a positive attitude; be a team player that likes to work alongside others to reach a common goal; a genuine interest in digital interfaces and be updated on news and trends within your field. An advantage is if you are a person that quickly can transform analytics insights into tangible improvement ideas without becoming too scientific about it!

The position reports to the Global Online Platform Manager, Jessica Eriksson and the position is based in Malmö, Sweden.
