Customer Service Specialist

  

Your responsibilities

 

  • The Customer Service Specialist has the primary responsibility to provide to the customer a fast and efficient service level and be the primary contact for Export customers enquiries
  • Manage the full order process Input of customer orders into the ERP system (M3) to meet customer expectations.
  • Releasing orders in accordance with promised dates to ensure commitments are met.
  • Managing and communicate back orders with customers and sales.
  • Contact with the accounting department if the customer account is held for unpaid invoices.
  • Coordinate with Demand Planning and Sales as needed to resolve issues, Email and phone contact with customers, forwarders and other departments within the Thule Group.
  • Administrative duties: filing of all orders, credit notes, , mailing, management of shipping documents (CO, bill of lading, CMR) and related
  • Reporting of back orders, open orders, weekly sales, and general problem resolution

 

Knowledge, experience and skills

 

  • You hold a bachelor
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Good computer skills; Advanced knowledge in MS Office: Outlook & Excel
  • Experience dealing with customers, knowledge of export processes is a plus.
  • Mandatory fluency in 3 languages: French, English, Dutch - Verbal and Written skills.
  • Experience working in an international environment is a plus
