The Seasonal/Temporary Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Providing overall customer support to the consumer population by accurately researching and responding in a professional and timely manner to consumer inquiries made by phone, mail or internet.
  • Accurately enter consumer orders for spare parts into Oracle, trace and expedite late consumer orders as required
  • Provide support to team members as needed.
  • Assist in responding to email and social media inquires received through the website
  • Adhere to the company's quality procedures as required 


  • College degree preferred
  • 2-3 years in a Customer Service position in a Consumer goods industry
  • Experience dealing with heavy phone activity while maintaining a professional phone demeanor
  • Mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills essential
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word and office applications
  • Well organized and able to work independently and also in a team environment
  • Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing workload requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Working knowledge of Oracle systems a plus
  • Must be available for over-time during busy season
