  • Responsible for the coordination of marketing assets for all marketing functions including events, meetings, photo shoots, and video shoots.
  • Coordination of the marketing calendar planning of all marketing activities for the brands.
  • Responsible for the organization of marketing assets within the warehouse including documentation of yearly inventory, proper documentation for shipments, accurate tracking for items and accounting for all returned after events including review of material condition, proper storage and reporting.
  • Track of all shipments including all associated shipment invoices.
  • Assist in the execution of all National Trade Shows, sales meetings and PR events including organizing of materials, props and products, attendee accommodations, on-site coordination and assistance in the setup and take down of events.
  • Assist in the development of monthly reporting including metrics and monthly activity.
  • Partner with other departments and groups to ensure all marketing materials are delivered on time and meet the needs of the business.
  • Track and report department expenses to VP and Director.



  • College degree or 4 years of equivalent experience.
  • Must be detail oriented with 2-3 years experience in event planning or marketing using skills such as project/event management and budget tracking.
  • Strong computer skills (word, powerpoint, excel).
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Must have good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in team and independently.
  • Up to 30% travel required.
