  • Reception activities including lobby gate-keeping, switchboard and inbound call management.
  • Mailroom activity coordination and management – including processing of incoming and outgoing mail, creating/updating mailboxes, maintaining mailroom supplies and cleanliness.
  • Coordination of 3rd party support vendors for service and repairs as required.
  • Management of inbound written Customer communication through Thule electronic channels – including reading, resolving & responding to requests and inquiries.
  • Daily reporting of established metrics on telephony & transactional activity.
  • Supporting general Customer Service activities as needed.
  • Attend Customer Service training events as required.
  • Attend events and trade shows as required.
  • Other projects and responsibilities assigned by management team.
  • High School education or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office applications (Word/Outlook and Excel including internet navigation).
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
  • Good mechanical and problem solving skills.
  • Mandatory OT required during peak season and as needed to support departmental goals.
  • Ability to lift and carry 20lbs or more.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Experience working with, or knowledge of, Thule products is a plus.
  • Previous Customer Service experience in the consumer goods industry is a plus.
