  • Assign proper carrier to LTL shipments using third party software that provides our cost.
  • Assign carrier based on cost and service days. 
  • Process LTL and FTL orders and prepare Bill of Landings for shipments.
  • Load LTL and FTL shipments and ensure correct pallets go to correct carrier with proper paperwork. 
  • Unload all FG Warehouse deliveries
  • Assist in pulling LTL orders when needed.
  • Ensure vendor compliance is followed on shipments that require compliance.
  • Assist in movement of materials to and from Warehouse (for other departments)
  • Assist Manager with intercompany transfers.
  • Assist Manager with employee training for the pulling process.
  • Direct responsibility for OEM shipments (Assisted by Shipping Manager)
  • Ensure pallets leaving the facility are stacked and prepared in a professional and neat manner (Guidelines set by Manager).
  • Other duties assigned by Manager


  • High School education.
  • Computer skills Oracle, WMS and Outlook preferred; ability to use email.
  • Familiar with shipping forms, i.e. BOL.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand all day.
  • Ability to drive a forklift and turrent truck.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
