As Project Purchaser you are involved at a very early stage in our development process of new products. The role of the Project Purchaser is to ensure an optimal sourcing set up of our new products following set category sourcing strategies. As Project Purchaser you act as a link between the project development team and the Purchasing Organization in order to provide valuable information regarding new material & technical innovations into the project development team and at the same time feed future product ranges needs into the Category Manager's strategic purchasing plans. You are also responsible for making sure that eventual tooling investments are made on time to agreed costs in order to deliver the whole project on time.

Among your work tasks you will contribute to assure that new development projects are delivered on time, at the agreed quality and within the targeted cost. You will also create, evaluate and negotiate supplier’s offers in close operation with Category Managers, as well as pushing our suppliers in finding improvements in our development projects.

To be successful in this role you have solid project management skills and experience from technical sourcing or engineering project management in an international business environment. We expect you to have an academic degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain Management and proficiency in English. Your strong self-drive and decisiveness together with your ability to easily communicate and cooperate as well as analyzing data are other key ingredients in your personal profile.

The position is placed in Hillerstorp where our development center also is situated, you will be reporting reports to Purchasing Director Christoffer Havkranz who is able to answer further questions regarding this position, 0370-25690.
